Waivers

I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to drills, hammers, brad nailers, nails, sandpaper, sawdust, paint, and various types of stains during this workshop. Safety glasses and dust masks will be provided, included in the workshop fee. Ear plugs are also available for use upon request. 

I recognize there may be certain inherent risks in participating in this workshop.  I agree to take precautions and observe all policies, recommendations, directions, rules, and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my personal belongings. I also understand that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. At this time, masking while there is no active sawdust in the air is optional.

I agree to be responsible for any damages to tools, equipment, or facilities, to the extent and in the percentage, I cause such damages.

I further agree to release and discharge Jennifer Sanchez from any illness, injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in a workshop or my presence at her home, whether caused by myself, Jennifer Sanchez, or any third party.

I agree to indemnify and defend Jennifer Sanchez against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation in this workshop or my presence in Jennifer Sanchez's home.
